I work to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase (for any reason), I’ll be happy to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To make a return:​

• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

To return a product, send an email to karissavanzandt@gmail.com detailing your request along with proof of purchase and your contact information. I will confirm your request with you and give instructions on how to return your purchase. I will send a confirmation email once I have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
